On-boarding functions include:

 

Manage the new hire on boarding process for dedicated business areas including; Preparing New Hire packages, initiating and reviewing background checks, collecting and verifying I9 information and supporting the new hire orientation process.

 

Manage on boarding related data within the eRecruitment system as well ensure the integrity of data feeds to the people management system - SAP

 

Ensure adherence to Barclays Global pre-employment screening policy and all Barclays New Hire policies

 

Create and manage new hire personnel folders and information in automated filing & tracking systems eDocs & Corasworks.

 

Responsible for pro-actively coordinating global employee transfer processes working with SAP Team, International mobility department and Client Relationship Teams to ensure a seamless transfer process.

 

Support reporting processes as required.

 

Off-boarding functions include:

 

Process all leaver paperwork ensuring accuracy of related payments and appropriate sign off as required

 

Notify appropriate business areas of leavers in a timely manner ensuring accurate processing.

 

Ensure receipt leaver equipment, document and send onto the appropriate departments

 

Support automated voluntary leaver process as required.

 

Any other duties that may be assigned

Basic qualifications include:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have 1 – 2 years of administrative, human resources coordinator, and/or recruiting coordinator experience, or have college diploma with a minimum of 1 year customer service experience

 

SAP, PeopleSoft or HRIS systems

 

Microsoft Office proficiency

 

Preferred qualifications include:

 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools particularly MS Outlook Calendar
  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Able to prioritize and possesses strong administrative skills
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Previous exposure to OFCCP guidelines
