Schedule: Full Time

ShiftDays 3 x 12 hour shift to include rotating weekend and holiday call 

Location: 13100 Fort King Rd, Dade City, FL 33525

  • Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI & Resuscitation (American College of Cardiology)
  • Accredited as a Comprehensive Bariatric Center under the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP)
  • Primary Stroke Center Designation (AHCA)
  • Leapfrog Safety Grade A, Fall 2020
  • Blue Distinction® Center for Bariatric Surgery (Blue Cross Blue Shield)
  • UnitedHealthcare Bariatric Center of Excellence (United Healthcare)
  • Lifestyle activities and community growth
  • Close proximity to many of Florida’s finest beaches

The role you’ll contribute:

Assists surgeons by preparing operating rooms and appropriately arranging surgical equipment and supplies.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Ensures operating room is sterile
  • Conducts field preparation and maintenance
  • Conducts instrument counts prior to surgical procedures
  • Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning, and draping patients
  • Provides patients with supportive care during pre-operative phases
  • Collects and labels specimens obtained during surgical procedures
Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Associate degree or Technical degree in a related field
  • Must have graduated from a certified CST program and must attain certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • If LPN, must have current, valid State license as a Licensed Professional Nurse
