Location: AdventHealth Porter

The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for supporting organizational quality and performance improvement initiatives, patient safety, regulatory and advancing evidenced based practices as directed by the Director of Quality and Patient Safety Officer.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Provide reports on major variances, improvement opportunities, monitoring information, and quality indicators.
  • Facilitate teams for planning and development of clinical quality initiatives.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of patient safety, regulatory, patient experience, infection prevention or other identified needs of the quality program as supervisor directs.
  • Support development, implementation and ongoing improvement of clinical quality initiatives.
  • Follow timeline for completion of activities.
  • Collaborate with peers and service lines to determine data and system needs, identifying opportunities for synergy and efficiency.
Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
