We have need for nurses to perform home visits in the following team area:

·         Team Orange: West Orlando, and Ocoee, Winter Garden, Windermere area

The role you’ll contribute:

Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes.  

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Performs nursing skills safely and competently. 
• Performs patient data collection in a holistic manner. 
• Provides accurate and complete documentation.
• Schedules daily visits to facilitate patient needs. 
• Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse. 

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• One (1) year of LPN Experience
• Currently licensed in the State of Florida Required
• Certified in Basic Life Support/Adult and Infant/Pediatrics Required
• One (1) year experience in community health nursing preferred  
• Thirty (30) hours of Florida Board approved IV Therapy Course Preferred
• Wound Care Experience Preferred
