ShiftMonday - Friday

Location: 900 Hope Way Altamonte Springs, FL 32714

The role you’ll contribute:

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the responsibilities of this position include management of health, life, dental, FSA’s, vision, disability, retirement, and other benefit plans.  Responsibilities also include the oversight of a shared services center, open enrollment administration for the organization, and ensuring legal compliance related to all plans.

  •          Knowledgeable with laws and regulations governing employee benefits, ensuring legal compliance related to all plans.    
  •          Maintain employer benefits that are competitive in terms of price, coverage and quality of service.         
  •          Responsible for the analysis, design and administration of employee benefits programs, such as health, life, dental, FSA’s, vision, disability, retirement, and other benefit plans.           
  •          Responsible for the open enrollment administration for the organization.    
  •          Responsible for the daily operations of a shared services center      
  •          Effectively manage staff and maintain a cohesive team.         
Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  •          Bachelor degree
  •          Minimum 10 years experience with employee benefit plans in a human resources environment

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  •          Master’s degree in business

 

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

  •          CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist)

Headquartered in Altamonte Spring Florida, AdventHealth (formally Adventist Health System) was founded in 1973 to support and strengthen the Seventh-day Adventist health care organizations in the Southern and Southwestern regions of the United States.
