Work Hours/Shift:
  • Full Time Days 
 
You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Coordinates and facilitates meetings with potential physician recruits, senior AHMG leadership and Hospital management. · 
  • New Practice Start-ups (including physicians new to area; conversions of existing practices)

  • Works closely with AHMG Chief Financial Officer to create proformas, budgets and practice asset evaluations
  • Practice Closing
  • Work with the AHMG Physician, office staff and Administrative staff to effectively optimize the performance of AHMG Offices to reach the various goals
  • Support the development of staff
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Degree in health or business administration is preferred or in lieu of a minimum of three years experience in a healthcare, clinic or physician group practice setting is required.
  • Two years experience in healthcare management required, preferably physician office management. 
  • Experience in strategic planning.
  • Must have supervised and facilitated successful team building for supervised employees.
  • Must have valid Florida driver's license.
Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating functions necessary for physician practice recruitment and acquisitions, including but not limited to, gathering physician practice data to formulate financial proformas, human resources, telecommunications, licensing, credentialing, permits and equipment. The Project Manager will also be responsible for the office re-location of existing Advent Health Medical Group (AHMG) Practices, conversion of existing community practices to AHMG and the closure of AHMG Practices.  In addition to these duties the Project Manager will also help with determining different strategies and projects for AHMG. They will also Communicates effectively throughout process to all interested parties and drive established timelines. Facilitate project management with prompt, courteous, respectful, professional and accurate information in all communications with all necessary parties to ensure a successful implementation of projects.
