Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days Location: AdventHealth Hendersonville The role you’ll contribute: Responsible for the planning and direction of fundraising for the hospital. Fundraising includes, but is not limited to, individuals, friends of the hospital, businesses, corporations and foundations. The value you’ll bring to the team - Responsible for the planning and direction for fund raising for the hospital. Fund raising includes, but is not limited to, individuals, friends of the hospital, businesses, corporations and foundations.
- Coordinates the fund raising efforts of the hospital by providing support and direction to fund raising development, strategies and processes.
- Cultivates and maintains contact with potential prospects; develops their interest and participation in the hospital's fund raising efforts.
- Represents the hospital to groups/individuals; provides information regarding the hospital's fund raising activities.
- Develops and maintains policies and procedures for major gifts as well as all other fund raising activities and programs.
- Maintains records of major gifts, donations and outcomes of fund raising activities and programs.
- Prepares and presents reports and analysis of fund raising activities, contributions, degree of achievement and recommendations to Administration, CEO, Governing Body on a regular basis and requested.
Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: - BA/BS required
- Minimum of five years’ experience in fund raising, public relations, marketing or related field required
