Data-mine multiple Internet resume databases for possible candidates and assesses quality of candidates and employment sites.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Develops potential recruiting sources by preparing research strategies; identifying and qualifying sources, including search engines involving Boolean and flip searches, and x-raying, chat rooms, message boards, organization lists, publications, home pages, colleges and institutes, and job fairs; building personal networks.
Use BrassRing to track and monitor candidates to include EEO/Applicant tracking as well
as recruiter metrics.
Conduct cold calls and name generation. Source, screen and interview candidates.
Participate or project manage Talent Acquisition strategic initiatives as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree and minimum two year’s experience OR four year’s experience total recruiting in a high volume environment.
Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
