Troubleshooting, commissioning and providing technical support for the full range of medium voltage products.
Provide reports on site activities for distribution to technical division.

Responsible for providing telephone, on-site, technical support for Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley Medium Voltage products.
Technically demonstrate and explain issues and solutions with customers and end users.
Ability to work in a team environment, building on in-depth expertise to lead and drive customer issues to conclusion in timely manner.
Interface with other departments reviewing product issues and field observations.
Work on issues, organize information and perform in-depth data analysis to understand the root cause of technical issues. Communicate results/analysis reports to peers and customers.
Interface with peers and others on product issues, field observations, product enhancements and new features.
Responsible to update, develop and maintain technical procedures related to MV product.
Create technical notes on MV product.
Provide technical assistance to field service engineers and customers.
Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and system failures using established procedures.
Captures field issues in SAP following the departmental procedures and gives feedback to appropriate departments.
Travel to customer site when required to resolve technical issues.
Acts independently to take decision in field for troubleshooting and provide technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of Medium Voltage Product.
Managing individual priorities to reach team goals.
College Diploma or Technologist Diploma – Engineering, Electrical Technologist, Electronics or related discipline.
Excellent customer relation skills.
Knowledgeable on industrial Power Systems.
Strong ability to multi-task and work independently under pressure.
Willingness to carry on-call pager according to a rotational schedule.
Ability to problem solve and responds to standard situations.
Ability to speak & write fluent English.
Ability to travel Internationally.
Ability to prepare technical reports.
Strong data analysis capabilities.
