The Business Process Analyst’s primary responsibility is to provide analyses, solution finding and implementation support for process improvement projects within the Purchase-to-Pay Tools & Methods group.
Develop metrics. The analyst provides data for project management and indicators for future improvement opportunities, and collects data to identify root cause problems.
Evaluate and model existing processes. The analyst researches and documents existing business processes and their respective stakeholders, inputs and output as required.
Identify improvement opportunities. The analyst re-engineers and standardizes existing strategic sourcing and purchasing systems and processes of data collection and data management to improve their efficiency. Adopts and integrates new procurement and reporting tools.
Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional projects. The analyst actively manages deployment plans from conception through to close within allotted time lines in support of a project manager. Identifies and manages resources, including cross-functional members, to successfully execute projects.
Deliver presentations and training. The analyst provides information and training courses in conjunction with process improvements and reengineering.
Ensure data integrity. The analyst ensures data integrity in any systems affected.
Ensure consistency in operating procedures. The analyst develops and ensures consistency in metrics and workflow.
Provide organizational and administrative support. The analyst may be called upon from time to time to provide organizational and administrative support to the P2P Tools and Methods Organization.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering. IT specialization preferred.
A minimum of eight years work experience in industrial environment and exposure to procurement desirable.
High energy and enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently and in a matrix environment.
Solid expertise in data management (Advanced MS Excel, MS Access / database design).
SAP ECC and Business Objects knowledge.
Good communication and presentation skills.
