What You’ll Do
As a View Extender for John Deere in Waterloo, IA, you will handle the view extension in SAP utilizing the shared work queue, shared cProjects mailbox and auto extend. Duties include material master creation and maintenance, schedule agreement creation and maintenance, quote loading and updating, source list creation and maintenance and vendor master creation and maintenance.
What It Takes
We need an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who thrives on solving problems and working in a global team environment. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent work experience. We also require:
- Solid computer skills in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, basic Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret process maps and decision trees
- Knowledge of basic supply management, manufacturing and business principles
- Knowledge of and experience using SAP
A strong candidate will also have:
- Work experience in Supply Management, Logistics and/or Manufacturing Operations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detailed knowledge of Supply Management
